How much does a closing cost?

We quote a flat fee up front, usually the same day you send us your accepted offer. No hourly billing and no surprises: you know the number before we begin, and you pay at closing.

What documents will you need from me?

For most purchases: photo ID, a second piece of ID, the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, your mortgage approval, and a property tax bill. You upload them from your phone through your secure client portal link, in as many visits as you need.

How does the client portal work?

There is no account and no password. We email you a private link for your file; a one-time code sent to your email confirms it is you. From there you upload documents, see what the firm has received, and follow your closing on a stage-by-stage roadmap.

Can I sign remotely?

Yes. Signing appointments can happen in person at our Mississauga office or by secure video from anywhere in Ontario.

When do I get my keys?

On closing day, once funds have moved and the property is registered in your name, we notify you right away and release your keys, typically in the late afternoon.

Do you serve clients in Punjabi or Hindi?

Yes. Our team works with clients in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
